Dispute Resolution

In the event that any dispute arises between the User and the Company regarding the usage of the User's information, the parties shall make best efforts to resolve such dispute within a period of 30 (thirty) days from receiving any notice in that regard. In the event that the parties are not able to resolve their differences within such period, the parties shall have the opportunity to refer the dispute to an independent arbitral tribunal consisting of 1 member appoints by each party, and another member appointed by the 2 such parties. The arbitration proceedings shall be undertaken in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the venue shall be in Bangalore, India. The costs shall be borne equally by both parties, and if required by the majority of the arbitrators the parties shall make an upfront payment prior to the commencement of the proceedings. The decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding on the parties.
